We have been providing compact bespoke work spaces and private offices for small businesses, start-ups and private practitioners in central Denver since 2016 when we acquired our headquarters building at 1658 / 1668 Lafayette Street.
Our properties are typically vintage in style with attention being given to the restoration of original features, carvings, doors, moldings etc.
We aim to create and offer comfort, peace and tranquility.
Our spaces are furnished with calm and comfort in mind. We are about as far from edgy as we can get.

Whilst hogarth is, of course, a commercial entity, with an eye on the bottom line, we also believe that customer care is of paramount importance.

ABOUT your neighbors
When you move into a hogarth office you will be sharing the building with neighbours who, like you, are probably working for themselves.
Architects, therapists, lawyers, educationalists, consultants, entrepreneurs, designers, masseurs, brokers and so on.
All are vetted by us prior to taking a tenancy and we hope and expect that all will be sympathetic to each other as neighbours.
ABOUT your puppy
We are dogaholics and encourage any tenant who has a furry friend to bring him or her to work. Dogs are pack animals and suffer dreadfully when left alone for hours on end.
We don't gouge our dog loving tenants. Instead we offer discounts to those who promise to bring their hounds to work with them every day.
